On Monday, Dec 14, 2015, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (IDX code : BBRI) buy Insurance company : PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera or BJS with 2.002.022 shares or about 91 % of placement capital, the Insurance company products is Life insurance, the Extraordinary Grand Meeting held in BRI' s Head office.
The Bank age is 120 years (Dec 15, 1895 - 2015 ). 

If there' s no delay the BRI' s Satellite will launch in June 2016 and it will hope cover all Indonesia islands for various Banking transaction.
