The FHFA ( The Federal Housing Finance Agency ) sued on last Saturday 17 companies that plunged in value in 2008 financial crisis, that is :

2. Goldman Sachs
3. Citigroup
4. JP Morgan Chase
5. Morgan Stanley
6. General Electric
7. Ally Financial
8. First Horizon
The foreign Bank :
9. Deutsche Bank
10. HSBC
11. Credit Suisse

14. The Royal Bank of Scotland and Societe Generale
Mortgage giants companies :
15. Countrywide Financial
16. Merrill Lynch
17. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
All for about $ 190 billion which had to be bailed out by US government, and now the government bring suit against those companies, because of their mismanagement.
